Stronger Patient-Doctor Relationship

We believe that high-quality health care is best built on a long-term relationship between the patient and their physician, which is why we offer all of our services through a direct primary care relationship.

This model allows us to spend more time with you, provide more personalized care, and send you home feeling better.

Low Price & Transparent Billing

For a modest monthly fee (usually less than your cell phone bill), you and your family will receive 100% of your urgent and primary care needs throughout the year.

From flu shots to skinned knees to annual exams, it is all covered. You'll never be bothered by confusing insurance co-pays, deductibles, or surprise bills!

Core Health Membership means you and your doctor are the only people involved in making decisions about your healthcare.

Without an insurance company dictating the care you can and can't receive, you can focus on what really matters: getting better, and feeling whole.

HOW CAN CORE HEALTH PROVIDE MEMBERS SO MUCH CARE AT SUCH A LOW COST? By deciding not to accept insurance, we are able to significantly lower the overhead that other practices have to pay for billing staff, collection services, declined payments, and extra staff time arguing with insurance companies for appropriate care / services. We operate differently too, using a highly skilled team that works together to share responsibilities. We've even leveraged technology from other industries to make Core Health even more efficient! It all adds up to a better value for you.

WHY DOES MEMBERSHIP COST MORE FOR OLDER PATIENTS? Core Health pricing considers that older patients are more likely to need more frequent visits as well as more time to address sometimes quite complex problems. We want to be able to give you all the time, and all the attention that you want and need.

DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT AS A CORE HEALTH MEMBER? Although we prioritize you being seen the same or next day, all Core Health visits must be scheduled in advance. Call the Core Health staff and let us handle the arrangements for our Fort Smith clinic or a house-call* to your nearby home, office, or local establishment. *fee applies

WHAT ABOUT MY MEDICATIONS? Nothing Changes! You can pay cash or use your existing health insurance as usual to cover medication(s), if you desire. Arkansas has some tight pharmacy laws to protect the pharmacist profession. This limits DPC practices in Arkansas from dispensing medications at low cost savings to patients (unless it's a first time dose or a pharmacist is on staff).
